Minnesota Visit

The kids and I flew to Minnesota for (cousin) Robert & Brooke's wedding. Aaron wanted to come of course, but is not allowed to travel for the first 8-10 weeks of work. We headed up on Wednesday, September 9th, went to the wedding on Friday the 11th and came home on Tuesday the 15th-so we had a great visit. Amanda, Kevin & Levi were still in town (they are moving to Florida on Sept. 24th) so it was everybody except Aaron and we missed him so much. The wedding was absolutely beautiful and so neat at this Mill City Museum. Possibly the best tasting wedding cake ever: banana cake with carmel & chocolate ganache. It was a late night for the kids but all things considered they did good-especially once it was time to dance! While in MN, we also went to the local apple orchard and picked strawberries & raspberries. All I can say is "you had to be there!" Joshua was hilarious!! He ate an entire apple-core and all, he picked every raspberry he could reach and he would eat it, not a problem if it wasn't red. I mean he was a riot. We had such a great time up there, seeing family and doing fun activities each day the only thing that would have made it better was if Aaron could have been there too!
